Quick-Tissue™ Mesendoderm Booster accelerates human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) differentiation into tissues from the Mesendoderm layer by strongly suppressing the pluripotency maintenance program in hPSCs. This product works for both human embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Once this product is added to your hPSC differentiation method of choice, you will get mature cells in a much shorter time period. The Mesendoderm Booster is already used in Quick-Muscle™ Skeletal and upcoming Quick-Tissue™ Differentiation Kits of Mesendoderm-derived tissues such as blood and vascular endothelium.
This product is intended to be used at the beginning of hPSC differentiation. The booster should be added immediately after the PSCs are put into differentiation conditions. However, users may want to add the booster at alternative timings before or after the culture conditions of PSC are switched from the pluripotency maintenance to differentiation to further optimize their protocols.
